Our popular senior lunches have received continued funding on the Sutton Estate, Chelsea.

We are delighted to announce that the Eastfields estate regeneration began the construction stage in January 2024. Phase One will provide 32 homes for our current residents, which will be ready in 2027.

Clarion have entered into contract with JJ Rhatigan to build the first new homes at Eastfields, Mitcham. Work is due to begin by Christmas 2023.

Phase 1 of our flagship regeneration project at Barne Barton in Plymouth is now on site. Our build contractor Lovell is working to deliver the first homes by summer 2025.
