Phase 1 of our flagship regeneration project at Barne Barton in Plymouth is now on site. Our build contractor Lovell is working closely with local residents, Clarion and Plymouth City Council to replace the failing former MOD estate with beautiful new homes. 

The start on site marks the culmination of five years of commitment from local residents and other stakeholders. The first of over 200 new homes will be ready in early summer 2025.
