Start on site for Phase 2 at High Path

Construction work started on site in March 2026 for Phase 2 of the High Path regeneration, marking a significant milestone in the delivery of new homes on the estate.
Phase 2 will deliver 147 new homes in total. Construction has now begun on nine new houses, with work on the remaining 138 apartments scheduled to commence in early 2027. This milestone supports the long‑term transformation of the estate through the delivery of new homes alongside improved neighbourhood facilities.
