Highlights
Ravensbury
A landscape-driven regeneration project in Mitcham, South West London. 200 new homes will replace the existing non-traditionally constructed properties built just after the Second World War. 21 homes have already been completed and another 54 are under construction.

Sutton Chelsea
The refurbishment of an historic estate in Chelsea. Four existing blocks will be stripped back to the walls, floors and staircases, before being remodelled to offer new family homes. All other existing homes will see new windows, kitchens, lifts, and bathrooms. The public realm will be completely redesigned and laid out to encourage stewardship by residents.
- 100% social rented estate in the heart of Chelsea
- Existing homes across the estate are being fully modernised
- 81 new family homes will be created in the four empty blocks
- Ground source heat pump system introduced
- New estate office, green space, play facilities and secure cycle parking throughout the estate
High Path
The full replacement of one of Clarion’s largest estates. The existing 600 homes will become 2200, built around a new public park, a rejuvenated Merton High Street and an air source heat pump-based energy centre. 134 homes have already been competed, all allocated to existing residents.
