Innovation

The scale and complexity of Clarion’s regeneration programme offers opportunities to test out new approaches to sustainability, community building and intergenerational living

Best Practice

With over 125,000 homes, Clarion is the UK’s largest provider of social housing and one of Europe’s largest landlords. This means we have a responsibility to help our sector identify and adopt best practice. Our regeneration teams contribute to this by running regular webinars, partnering with universities and students, and speaking at events and seminars. We actively support research and have published reports on various topics. The regeneration team leads Clarion’s thinking on circularity and are increasingly introducing this approach into our day to day work.
