Circular Economy
A circular economy is a system where materials never become waste and nature is regenerated. Products and materials are kept in circulation through maintenance, reuse, refurbishment, recycling and composting.
We apply circular economy principles to all our regeneration projects. We are introducing lots of innovative sustainable practices to the way we work, aiming for our projects to have a neutral or positive impact on the environment.
Circular Economy in Merton
As part of our regeneration of Merton, which will create 2,800 homes, we have put in place a robust Circular Economy Strategy.
Partnership with Eurocell
We are working with Eurocell on a number of our sites to recycle UPVC windows.
