Age Friendly
Clarion in one form or another has been providing social housing for over a century. In that time we have seen a great deal of demographic change, including population growth, an ageing population and a significant increase in the number of single person households. Our Age Friendly Strategy seeks to ensure our homes and neighbourhoods are designed and managed to accommodate those societal changes, allowing people to live fulfilled, happy lives in their own homes for as long as possible.
