Wates have agreed to continue funding the popular senior lunches on the Sutton Estate, Chelsea, which had previously been funded by Durkan. Each month, Clarion staff, working with local partners SMART, provide a hot meal for residents aged over 55 on the estate. This is always well attended and a good opportunity for neighbours to catch up with one another.
