Clarion have entered into contract with JJ Rhatigan to build the first new homes at Eastfields, Mitcham. This marks the beginning of the 800 home regeneration of Eastfields. Work is due to begin before Christmas 2023. All the new homes have been earmarked for existing Eastfields residents, both Clarion tenants and homeowners.

The new homes have been designed by the award-winning Levitt Bernstein architects. The photo below shows the existing estate before regeneration works
