Start on site for Phase 1C at Eastfields

Construction work started on site in November 2025 for Phase 1C of the Eastfields regeneration, marking the next stage in the delivery of new homes at the estate.
Phase 1C will deliver 77 new homes, comprising a mix of three-bedroom houses, two- and three-bedroom maisonettes, and one‑, two‑ and three‑bedroom flats. The start of Phase 1C follows the completion of earlier Phase 1A.
