The first new homes at Eastfields Estate in Merton have now been completed, marking a major milestone in the estate’s regeneration. 

Phase 1A is the first phase of development to be delivered as part of the wider regeneration programme and provides 32 new homes for existing residents, with 22 for social rent. The homes include a mix of three-bedroom houses, two- and three-bedroom maisonettes, and one- and two-bedroom flats, offering a range of modern accommodation to meet different household needs. 

The completion of Phase 1A represents an important step forward for Eastfields, enabling residents to move into their new homes and allowing progress to continue on future phases of the regeneration.
